How is it different from your family crest products?

All of our socks are crew fitting socks. They will come up to your mid-calf. They are all made from a high quality combed cotton blend.

Does it include my family crest?

Yes, absolutely. The genealogy packages on this page are our most extensive offerings and each one includes your family crest fully researched and recreated as a digital file pack (you'll get a jpeg, png, and Vector file). The crest will be included on your report and you can then also add the crest to any items you wish in the future such as your email signature or on print items or use it on physical items like glasses and family t-shirts. The possibilities are endless!

Will the researcher be in contact with me?

Absolutely. The research process for the packages on this page is a collaborative one. Your researcher will be in touch within 2 days of ordering and will provide you with a short questionaire which you can complete online. Here you will have the chance to tell them what you already know about your family such as names and birthdays etc.. Don't worry if you don't know everything about the family members you want to research (that's the whole point!) just tell your researcher what you know and they'll get started on the project. 

 

If they have further questions as the project is underway they'll get in touch by email and you can chat.

How long does it take?

Canceling is easy! You can log into your account, click "Cancel" and then confirm your choice. If you need a break, you also have the option to skip a crate, and your crate plan will just go on a month longer.
