We dispatch 70%+ of our orders within 36 hours after the order is placed, and 90%+ within 48-72 hours. The following shipping times then apply.
Priority Mail - Fast dispatch delivered via USPS. Estimated timeline for delivery in 5 - 7 business days. Please note this cannot be guaranteed at busy periods.
FedEx Priority or Next Day Air (when available) 1-2 business days on average after dispatch. This is also not available for delivery to PO Boxes.

Our number one priority when packaging your items is to ensure that they arrive to you in pristine condition, ready to be hung or gifted to someone special. Below is how you can expect your item to arrive.
Parchment prints (paper)
Will be carefully packaged within recycled hardback mailers. These rigid packages are flat like envelopes but come with the added protection of a non-folding structure, so your print will arrive in the same condition that it left our studio.
Our hardback mailers are plain in design so as not to give away any surprises if your item is a gift. The color is soft brown and will have no markings or logos on the outside to suggest that the item is from Crests&Arms. No accidental hints from us on your special occasion!
Framed prints (wooden frames)
Will be first wrapped within air filled packaging or corrugated cardboard (all made from recycled materials). Your framed print will then be placed within a protective cardboard box made with reinforced edging and corners to give extra padding to your purchase.
Much like our flat mailers, framed prints will arrive at your door without any external markings or logos on the box so as not to give away what's contained inside. The box will simply be plain brown in appearance with only postal markings on the outside.
Please note that we don’t offer decorative external wrapping paper on our products for several reasons.
Firstly, most customers who are purchasing items as gifts want to be discreet about the arrival of their product (ours arrive in plain, unmarked protective brown packaging as mentioned above).
Secondly, most want to open the item and check the quality of the product before gifting, and thirdly we as a business are trying to remove as much packaging as possible from our products in an effort to be kinder to the environment. That of course doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t gift wrap your print if you chose to do so, just that overall we’ve found it best not to offer that service on our website.
