Our heritage certificates are handmade using museum-grade fibre parchment, giving your certificate a unique aged look a feel.  

Our unframed parchment prints are 8.5" x 11.5 inches, ideal for framing or mounting at home or in an office.

Our framed certificates include durable acrylic glass and a wonderful Ayous wood surround, our favourite wood that gives a premium finish to our certificates and family histories while offering a hard-wearing protective surround that will keep your print in crisp condition for years to come. The  frames measure  11" x 14" inches with the frame 1 inch thick. The transparent front is made from durable and safe acrylic glass.

How will my products be packaged?

Rest assured that your family crests and history products will arrive in pristine condition.

Parchment prints: will be delivered in non-folding protective flat mailer envelopes with rigid cardboard backing. We know that many of our customers are purchasing as a gift so we ship in plain packaging with no markings on the outer envelope as to what is inside.

Framed prints: will be shipped in recycled cardboard packaging with with an additional layer of protective wrapping inside the cardboard. These will also have no outer markings on the box so if you're buying as a gift you can order with confidence that the recipient won't accidentally see your surprise.

Digital file delivery: Our digital files allow you to use your crest or history in unlimited ways in your own time. Perfect for printing and framing at home, adding to family trees or school projects. Digital print files will arrive as high quality PDF vector format in USA letter size, already formatted for most standard printers and ready to go at the click of a button. Ideal for last minute gifts or for those arts & crafts enthusiasts. If you purchase a digital pack, your order will also include PNG, jpeg and .Ai files.

Delivery options for continental United States (physical prints)

We dispatch 90% of our orders within 1-3 working days after the order is placed (Monday to Friday). The following shipping times then apply.

Priority Mail - Fast Dispatch delivered via USPS. Estimated timeline for delivery in 5 - 7 business days. Please note, occasionally this timeline cannot be guaranteed at busy periods due to limitations in USPS services.

FedEx Priority or Next Day Air (when available) Ideal for if you're in a hurry,  1-2 business days on average after dispatch. This option is also not available for delivery to PO Boxes.
